Even more sedate breeds need a good physical workout. In fact, all dogs in reasonable health should exercise a little each day with longer walks two or three times a week.
Finding time to exercise this much with your pet is difficult for busy parents, but it’s worth the effort. Coordinated exercise benefits you and the dog.

The bond between you and your dog grows as you spend time together, plus you both get a good workout. And an exercised dog is usually less hyperactive and more controllable at home.
